Since 2017, my primary research program examines neurodiversity (especially autism) and disability in organisations. My research focuses on the role of group and organizational processes in improving employment outcomes for neurodivergent adults and those living with disability. Along with my primary program of research, I have a long-standing interest in moods and emotions in workgroups, gender diversity, and social identity.
